30 days Return Policy

We want you to love your piece.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at luxium@usa.com with your order number. 
Please note:
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Items must be sent back in their original packaging.
– Custom or final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

One-Year Warranty

Each piece is handcrafted with care and made to last. We offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental wear, or unauthorized repairs.

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the item—we’ll be happy to make it right.
